What is Pay Small Small?
It is a flexible option for eligible bookings that lets you pay an initial deposit and split the balance into 2, 3, 4 or 5 payments.
When must I finish paying?
Your complete payment must be confirmed at least three days before the ticket or booking expiry date shown on your plan.
When will I receive my ticket or voucher?
Flight ticketing starts after a verified full payment or your first Pay Small-Small deposit. Once the airline supplier confirms issuance, your e-ticket is available to view and is emailed to your booking contact. Hotel, holiday and tour voucher terms are confirmed separately.
How do I confirm flight or hotel availability?
Prices, schedules and availability are confirmed during the booking process and remain subject to the airline, hotel or travel supplier's final approval.
Can SmartVoya guarantee my visa?
No. SmartVoya can support the process, but the final decision remains with the embassy or immigration authority.
